How can I recover lost GoodSync Account password?
You cannot recover lost password. But you can do Password Reset. You will get a new temporary password, to email of your Account. Login and change temporary password to new password of your choosing. Go to each Device enrolled into this Account and change password there using GoodSync Connect Setup.
How can I change GoodSync Account password on Device?
If GoodSync Activation or any other service says that your Account password is incorrect:
On your Windows computer: go to Tools -> GoodSync Account Setup.
On your Mac computer: go to GoodSync -> GoodSync Account Setup.
On your NAS or Linux box: go to http://local-box-ip-addr:11000 Account tab and click Change next to UserID.How many GoodSync licenses do I need?
ou need one GS-V11 and up license per Device, be it Windows computer, Mac computer, or NAS / Linux.
One Ver 11 and up purchase gives you 5 licenses, that would cover up to 5 Devices.Is GoodSync Account the same as GoodSync Connect Account?
Yes, GoodSync Account is a generalization and widening of GoodSync Connect Account.
How is GoodSync Account related to Orders and Customer ID in PUMS?
Payment and User Management System (PUMS) is our original system used to track License and Orders. We will be migrating all GoodSync Licenses from PUMS to GoodSync Account. So you will not have to remember Order IDs, as all Licenses will reside in your GoodSync Account.
